Role: Business Analyst (Data Visualization)

Location: Chicago Illinois

Responsibilities:

• Develop visually impactful and insightful data visualizations to communicate complex data trends and patterns.
• Extract, transform, merge, and analyze data from multiple tools and systems to generate wholistic insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and aggregate data from various sources, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
• Automate existing reports / subscriptions and generate new automations to streamline the team’s workflow.
• Utilize advanced data testing and validation techniques to ensure the integrity of datasets.
• Design and implement interactive dashboards and reports for key stakeholders.
• Stay abreast of industry best practices in data visualization and implement innovative approaches to enhance data storytelling.
• Conduct thorough data analysis and interpretation to provide actionable insights.

Requirements:

• Proficient in data visualization tools such as Salesforce CRMA (Tableau), Power BI, or similar platforms.
• Strong data aggregation and testing skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Expertise in data analysis techniques and statistical methods.
• Solid understanding of database management / data transformation and SQL /?M (Power Query) / CRMA Recipes.
• Experience with automation tools such as PowerAutomate.
• Experience in banking or finance is a plus, demonstrating an understanding of financial data.
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics) or equivalent work experience.
