What you’ll do
- Maintenance of our AI Ethics tech community (content creation, community engagement, speaker series, networking)
- AI Ethics communication (creating communication materials, availability as point of contact for dev teams)
- Rolling out role-specific curricula/learning journeys for development teams
- Support with key AI Ethics deliverables
What you bring
- Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
- Preferred fields of study: Computer Science, Data Science, Business Informatics, or related fields of study
- Computer skills: Experience in working with ML libraries such as TensorFlow, practical knowledge about prompt engineering is a plus. Work experience with MS Office
- Language skills: fluent in English, German as a plus

Meet your team
The AI Ethics & Responsible AI team is situated in the Product Engineering area of SAP’s Business AI Unit and drives the operationalization of requirements for responsible AI in the product development at SAP. In a dynamic, fun and start-up-like environment you will have a great opportunity to be working at the intersection of regulation, government relation and AI development.
Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships).
Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
