Sr Machine Learning Engineer Contract

One of our clients in Seattle is looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer with the following skills and expereince:

Responsibilities:

• Lead groundbreaking innovation by applying cutting-edge machine learning, statistics, and analytics to enhance advertising efforts across Hulu and Disney platforms. This includes areas such as inventory forecasting, planning, pricing, targeting, decision-making, and efficient ad delivery.
• Innovate and iterate solutions for complex ad-related challenges with fast turnaround times.
• Develop scalable and efficient methods for large-scale data analysis and model development.
• Design and implement new algorithms and models from end to end, ensuring smooth production rollout and continuous optimization.
• Collaborate with engineering teams, program managers, and product managers in an open and creative environment.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience working with machine learning and statistics in leading internet companies, with a preference for experience in the advertising domain.
• Strong understanding of ML technologies, mathematics, and statistics.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, Scala, Spark, SQL, and large-scale ML/DL platforms and processing tech stack.
• Passion for understanding the advertising business and applying accurate research studies to enhance business effectiveness.
• Enthusiasm for technology, interdisciplinary work, and building data-driven services and applications.
• Proven track record of success in a fast-paced, data-driven, collaborative, and iterative applied research environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in digital video advertising or digital marketing.
• Familiarity with feature stores, audience segmentation, and MLOps.
• Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, Kubeflow, Sagemaker, or Databricks.
• Education Requirement: BA/BS Degree
