Overview
Our Technology, Data, and Innovation (TDI) strategy is focused on strengthening engineering expertise, introducing an agile delivery model, as well as modernizing the Bank’s Information Technology (IT) infrastructure. As an engineer you will develop and deliver significant components of engineering solutions to satisfy complex and diverse business goals, and you will engage and partner with the Business whilst working within a broader creative, collaborative, and innovative team, with a strong desire to make an impact. You will be responsible to design and lead the implementation of the modern and innovative secrets management solution, integrate it across our hybrid environment and with a number of interface systems (e.g. Security Monitoring, Access Lifecycle Management, Continuous integration/Continuous deployment, or development (CI/CD) tools), and support the adoption of multiple thousand applications across the Bank. Identity & Access Management main objective is to ensure secure access to Deutsche Bank assets and providing the right access for the right users at the right time. Within I&A, a new enterprise-wide Secrets Management capability will be formed to centrally manage credentials used for machine-to-machine authentication and authorization.

It is the Bank’s expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the Cary office in accordance with the Bank’s hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in Cary is $100,000 to $142,250. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of remuneration.
