Site Reliability Engineer / Visualization (Grafana), W2 only Undefined

*** Contract to Hire role : W2 only – no C2C applicants

*** Must be local -OR- willing to relocate to work on site in Phoenix, AZ ( hybrid work schedule, 3 office / 2 home ) – NO REMOTE WORK !

Software Engineer – Site Reliability Engineering / Visualization :

– Define and build observability capabilities for the Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) team
– Will be a part Network Observability team and report to the manager there
– Develop visualizations representing IT infrastructure/operations environment health for network, application, and server SRE teams
– Translate business requirements into technical deliverables
– Develop event-triggered orchestration and automation
– Create user documentation and release notes

Qualifications :

– Experience with Grafana data visualization and monitoring platform for monitoring infrastructure metrics, application performance, logs, and other operational data
– Proficiency in Java, Python, and Git
– Proven experience in UX/UI development
– Experience developing applications for IT infrastructure operations, including anomaly detection, troubleshooting, monitoring, environment optimization, user experience enhancement, data-driven decision-making, and compliance/security support
– Prior experience with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), technology observability, statistical analysis, etc
– PHP experience is a plus
