Senior Machine Learning Operations (MLOps) Engineer (m/w/d) Full Time

• You are responsible for ensuring the operation of complex machine learning workflows for our customers.
• You manage the complete machine learning lifecycle processes, including model versioning, monitoring, retraining and deployment.
• You are developing and maintaining infrastructure and workflows specific to machine learning projects.
• You implement best practices for model governance, compliance and security in ML workflows.
• You lead an agile team to deliver high-quality AI and IoT solutions.
• You work closely together with Data Scientists and Data Engineers in order to develop, test, deploy, automate and monitor machine learning pipelines.

Your profile

• You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science with at least 5 years of experience in agile software development.
• You have a strong understanding of machine learning concepts, algorithms and frameworks.
• You have a wide knowledge base with containerisation technologies (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud computing platforms and services (Azure cloud is a plus).
• You are deeply familiar with model deployment frameworks and technologies (e.g. Kubeflow, KServe).
• You have a deep understanding of Python packaging and distribution ecosystem.
• You have excellent communication skills in fluent written and spoken English (at least B2 level). German language skills are an asset.
• You are characterised by strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
