Seize this opportunity and support our team in Munich or at one of our other locations or remotely across Germany, starting immediately in full-time as Senior Deep Learning Engineer (m/f/d).

Your tasks

• You develop, deploy and optimise agent based pipelines for personalized content generation and conversational AI.
• You develop, deploy and optimise sequence to sequence models for neural recommender systems based on unstructured customer data.
• You support building a mature training, data and MLOPs environment for state-of-the-art AI development.
• You pro-actively engage with business stakeholders to actively drive the translation of business goals towards impact oriented AI solutions.

Your Profile

• At least 4 years of proven experience as a Deep/Machine Learning Engineer working on NLP or GNNs.
• Expert level knowledge and experience with attention based neural network architectures and policy optimization algorithms.
• Advanced knowledge and experience with GNNs or unstructured sequence to sequence modelling and in MLOPs and Data Engineering best practices.
• Hands on experience with shipping models to production on cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP). Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. Experience with Kafka is a plus.
• Good knowledge of database technologies, including relational (SQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB), with the ability to design and interact with complex data models.
• A pro-active, results-oriented mindset and great communication skills.
• Fluent in English, German language skills are a plus
