Job Title: CoPilot & Generative AI Solution Developer

Location: Houston TX

Duration: Long-term Contract

Position: Hybrid (Must 3 days onsite/2 days remote)

Position Summary:

We are seeking a talented and passionate CoPilot and Generative AI Solution Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI-driven solutions using CoPilot and other generative AI technologies. You ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative products that solve complex problems.

Responsibilities:

• Solution Design and Architecture:

• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Design end-to-end AI solutions that leverage CoPilot and other generative AI frameworks.
• Architect scalable and efficient systems that can handle large-scale data processing.

• Model Development and Training:

• Develop and fine-tune generative AI models using CoPilot and other relevant tools.
• Train models on diverse datasets to achieve high accuracy and robustness.
• Optimize models for performance and resource efficiency.

• Deployment and Integration:

• Deploy AI solutions in production environments, ensuring reliability and scalability.
• Integrate AI components with existing systems and applications.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to automate deployment pipelines.

• Research and Innovation:

• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in CoPilot and generative AI.
• Experiment with novel techniques and contribute to research initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for innovation and propose new projects.

• Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with data scientists, engineers, and product managers to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in CoPilot and generative AI frameworks (e.g., GPT, VQ-VAE, etc.).
• Strong programming skills in Python or other relevant languages.
• Experience with deep learning libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).

Preferred Skills:

• Previous experience in developing chatbots or conversational AI systems.
• Understanding of ethical AI practices and bias mitigation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
