Une offre d’apprentissage intitulée « Customer Care Centre – Data scientist (h/f) » vient de s’ouvrir au sein du Support Client Airbus sur son site de Blagnac. Cet apprentissage pourra commencer en septembre 2024 et sera d’une durée de 2 ou 3 ans.

Vous rejoindrez une équipe de 30 personnes au sein du département SBCB en charge du bon fonctionnement du support des opérations de tous les avions en service.

Vous rejoindrez l’équipe « Operations & Business Efficiency (SBCB) » – équipe transnationale (+30 personnes) – dont la mission est de piloter et accompagner la performance du département Customer Care Center Operations (SBC) ainsi que de préparer l’avenir en progressant vers sa transformation numérique.

En étroite collaboration avec le Business Performance Manager et l’équipe Business Support Operations, votre stage consistera à contribuer à notre transformation digitale en :

• Faisant la promotion de la digitalisation au sein de l’organisation Customer Care Centre Operations (y compris dans les régions),

• Optimisant la génération des Indicateurs de Performance grâce à l’utilisation de la plateforme Skywise,

• Démontrant l’intérêt de l’utilisation des Données via le développement et les analyses du Dashboard SBC ainsi qu’en répondant à des besoins opérationnels concrets,

• Accompagnant la montée en compétence de l’équipe.

Ce stage vous permettra de développer les compétences suivantes :

• Familiarisation et utilisation des données de la plateforme Skywise,

• Mise en pratique et développement des compétences de « Data Scientist » déjà acquises grace à une implémentation concrète,

• Développment et déploiement de la digitalisation dans l’organisation Customer Care Center Operations (SBC),

• Développement de vos compétences en Gestion de Projet et en Communication.

Votre carte d’embarquement :

Vous préparez un diplôme de niveau Bac+5 dans le domaine de l’Informatique ou équivalent avec une spécialisation Data Science & Big Data et avez déjà développé les compétences/aptitudes suivantes :

• Intérêt marqué pour le Big Data et l’Analyse des Data,

• Rigoureux, curieux et autonome,

• Bonnes compétences en communication,

• Bon esprit d’équipe,

• Gestion de projet,

• Gestion de la performance et de l’amélioration de l’entreprise

Compétences linguistiques attendues:

• Français : Intermédiaire

• Anglais: Avancé

We offer an internship titled «ALT2024 – Data Scientist (m/f) » at Airbus Commercial in Blagnac (31).

You will join the “Operations & Business Efficiency (SBCB)” team that is a transverse and transnational team (+30 people), whose mission is to drive the performance of the Customer Care Centre Operations (SBC) department and prepare the future by progressing on its digital transformation.

In close collaboration with the SBC Business Performance Manager and the Business Support Operations team, your internship will consist in contributing to our digital transformation by:

• Promoting the Digital Dynamics in the Customer Care Centre Operations organization (inc. Regions),

• Optimizing the generation of Performance Indicators thanks to Skywise usage,

• Demonstrating the value of the Data via the SBC Dashboard development and analyses answering concrete operational needs,

• Supporting the team’s upskilling.

Ideally, this is a 2 to 3 years apprenticeship and it should start in September 2024 (date subject to flexibility).

This internship will allow you to develop the following skills:

• Familiarization and use of the data from Skywise platform,

• Put into practice and further develop your “Data Scientist” skills with the scope of operational use cases,

• Further develop the digital dynamics in the Customer Care Centre Operations (SBC) organization,

• Develop both your Project Management and Communication skills.

Your Boarding Pass:

You are preparing a diploma level Bac+5 in the field of Informatic or equivalent with a focus on Data Science & Big Data and already developed the following competences / skills:

• Keen interest in Big Data and Data Analytics,

• Rigorous, curious and autonomous,

• Good communication skills,

• Team spirit,

• Project Management,

• Business Performance & Improvement Management.

Language skills:

French : intermediate

English : advanced
