We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join this team in the role of AI Research Scientist.

·Lead pioneering research endeavours, driving the duration and development of cutting-edge AI/LLM concepts, tools and algorithms.
·Utilize advanced methodologies for processing and analysing vast datasets, distilling intricate insights and discerning nuanced patterns.
·Forge strategic alliances with industry luminaries, collaborating to craft bespoke AI solutions tailored to intricate domain challenges.
·Design and orchestrate comprehensive experiments to meticulously evaluate and juxtapose the performance of diverse AI models and methodologies.
·Architect and refine AI models with precision, optimising for peak performance, seamless scalability, and operational efficacy.
·Cultivate an intellectual ecosystem, staying at the forefront of Ai innovation through active engagement in premier conferences and workshops.
Requirements
To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:
·Extensive AI algorithms, frameworks, and methodologies and profound research experience, with a specialization in, LLMs, NLP, RNNs, LSTM, and transformer architectures.
·Track record of publishing papers in top-tier AI conferences and journals.
·Demonstrate proficiency in the intricacies of self-attention/transformer architectures and their contemporary refinements, including nuanced fine-tuning techniques like LaRa.
·Profound insight into the multifaceted challenges inherent in LLMs encompassing intricate domains such as claim extraction, interpretability, and output evaluation.
·Commanding expertise in programming languages and frameworks intrinsic to LLM development, including TensorFlow, PyTorch, LanaGhain and Hugging Face.
·Demonstrated ability to independently drive research projects from inception to completion.
·A Profound understanding of transformers, LLM techniques, and the broader landscape of Deep Learning principles
