Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Teamcenter Solutions Architect to join their team. This position will play a critical role in overseeing the upgrade and deployment of Teamcenter across multiple brands, ensuring the integrity and quality of the implementation.

The Teamcenter Solutions Architect will be responsible for overseeing the deployment of Teamcenter, validating the code quality, and ensuring the successful integration and migration of systems. This role requires a deep understanding of PLM environments, enterprise applications, and the ability to work closely with both internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the Teamcenter upgrade and deployment project, ensuring code quality and adherence to standards.
• Act as an internal consultant and subject matter expert, providing guidance on best practices and technical solutions.
• Validate and review code, ensuring it meets the required standards and aligns with project goals.
• Collaborate with other implementation partners to ensure seamless deployment.
• Support the migration from mainframe systems to Teamcenter, as well as intra-Teamcenter migrations.
• Ensure the integration of Teamcenter with other enterprise systems such as Salesforce and D365.
• Provide strategic input on the setup and migration approach, addressing any potential issues proactively.
• Work closely with the Enterprise Architect and Product Owner to deliver the project successfully.
• Foster a culture of open communication, professionalism, and urgency within the team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in a Solutions Architect role.
• 5+ years of experience specifically with Teamcenter and PLM environments.
• Proven track record of successful enterprise application deployments and system integrations.
• Proven experience as a Solutions Architect with a strong background in Teamcenter and PLM environments.
• Extensive experience with enterprise application deployments and system integrations.
• Strong coding and code review skills, with the ability to validate and ensure code quality.
• Understanding of CRM integration, particularly with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Ability to navigate complex project environments and manage multiple workstreams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with stakeholders.
• Experience working in a remote, multi-site project team environment.
• Ability to travel occasionally to project sites.
• Preferred:
  • Experience with CRM integration, particularly with Microsoft Dynamics 365, is highly desirable.
  • Experience with manufacturing environments and understanding of engineering processes.
  • Familiarity with BOM automation and mainframe end-of-life transitions.
  • Previous experience with advisory operational models and working within a holding company structure.
