If so, this very strategic role will be an interesting challenge for you! To grow and excel within the important strategic area, sustainability, we aim to strengthen our organization with a Sustainability Manager & Data Analyst. You will work in a global organization with focus to evolve, develop, maintain and support to implement our most important strategic priorities. What you will do At Volvo Buses, you will contribute to the transformation of our company, the transport industry and society at large. You will drive and maintain global sustainability strategy for Buses and therefore play a key role in driving and defining our sustainability program with close collaboration of the internal and external stakeholders. You will integrate sustainability commitments into the business together with other team leaders of the sustainability initiatives, managing and driving projects to support and achieve our sustainability targets. Developing solutions and providing support and guidance to ensure setting right priorities within sustainability. You will also: •   Initiate effectiveness with the help of relevant tools and suggest new possibilities and improvements. •   Engage and conducting trainings to increase awareness and knowledge to our employees and senior leaders. •   Represent the Buses and provide support and coordinate in relevant sustainability forums within Buses and Volvo Group. •   Develop, maintain, and drive different sustainability initiatives and provide analytical support to the management. Your future team You will be part of the global team with wide range responsibilities which will help you grow and develop your skills in a global environment. In this role, you will bring: •   5+ years of experience in leading, developing and implementing sustainability strategies. •   Deep knowledge of Sustainability topics within areas Climate, Resources and Social aspect. •   Strong business understanding and communicative skills at the executive level, and large networks to convey clear message. •   Proven financial and analytical understanding and ability to find solutions in a challenging environment. •   Good knowledge of relevant tools to analyze data e.g. excel, Power BI. •   Good project management and coordination skills •   We are working in a global environment, therefore good English both verbal and written is vital. •   You have passion for sustainability and ability to influence and interact.
