Job description:

Acquire data from multiple heterogenous source systems. Involved in Data cleansing & preparation – handling missing data, removing outliers, and ensuring that the dataset is in a usable format for analysis.

Experienced in using statistical methods and techniques to explore and analyse data, identifying patterns, trends, and relationships within the dataset.

Understanding of statistical concepts and methods for interpreting data and performing analyses that can inform decision-making processes.

Skilled in managing and querying databases are vital for accessing and managing large datasets, using SQL for structured databases or NoSQL for unstructured data.

Ability to identify problems, analyse potential solutions and implement the most effective solution.

Knowledge of data modelling techniques and tools for creating representations of complex data systems to support analysis and decision-making.

Proficiency in data visualization tools and techniques, such as Tableau or Power BI, helps present data findings visually to enhance understanding and decision-making.

Ability to create interactive dashboards and detailed reports is important for presenting data insights in a clear and accessible manner to stakeholders.

Understanding basic machine learning concepts and algorithms to apply predictive models and enhance their analysis with predictive insights.

Coordinate with Business teams to align business and informational priorities.

Collaborating with other team members, departments, and stakeholders achieving business objectives.

Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) for translating complex data findings into understandable insights for stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

Responsible for importing, cleansing, transforming, validating and analysing data with the purpose of understanding or making conclusions from the data for data modelling, data integration and decision-making purposes.

Should perform daily tasks and should have exposure to the data model and concepts of Data warehouse to create ETL jobs for dimension and fact tables.

Analyse data from various sources, including databases and flat files ETL development, deployment, optimization, support, and defect fixes.

Develop error handling processes Create and implement scheduling strategy.

Implement efficient data models / frameworks to ensure data accuracy, completeness and consistency.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Deep understanding of the Healthcare industry and business operations is a plus.

Required Skills:

4-6 years of experience with Informatica Power Centre / IICS & Google Cloud Platform – BigQuery, DataFlow, Google Cloud Storage and other services

Good knowledge of SQL, including the ability to write stored procedures, triggers, functions, etc.

Certified professional at the technology needed is an addition
