Description

Our client is seeking a Sr. Data Analyst to support a contract with the Veteran’s Health Administration.

Responsibilities

• Performs tasks which may include:
  • obtaining data through advanced computerized models;
  • extrapolating data patterns through advanced algorithms;
  • developing simple graphs and charts to explain how the mathematical information will influence the specific project or business; and
  • presenting to managers how to best alter their business models to generate profitable future trends.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Data Science, Statistics, Math, Business, Computer Science, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 8 years in data analysis or a related field.
• Experience in obtaining data through advanced computerized models.
• Experience in extrapolating data patterns through advanced algorithms.
• Experience in developing graphs and charts to explain mathematical information.
• Experience in presenting data-driven insights to non-technical stakeholders.

Desired

• Familiarity with Veterans Health Administration and Data Governance Analytics or similar programs is a plus.
