Job Title: Healthcare solutions architect

Location: Remote

Duration: 6-12+Months contract

Qualifications:

• Around 15 years of technology experience with 2 to 4 years as solution architect.
• Should be able to create technical vision for a solution to the business problem.
• Should be able to understand stakeholder needs and requirements.
• Develop and maintain architecture standards, patterns and best practices.
• Review existing systems, designs from other architects to identify areas of improvement.
• Document solution architecture, with pros and cons of approaches.
• Experience working closely with PO s, Business leads, EA s and engineering teams.
• Ability to organize, prioritize and work independently (or little direct supervision) on multiple projects and establish deadlines.
• Ability to analyze or recommend commercially available software or other IT architectural components.
• Well versed with Java, Spring boot, Microservices, APIs, REST, API management tools, EDA, Kafka (AWS, Confluent), ETL, Cloud technologies (DynamoDB, S3, SQS, PostgreSQL etc.).
• Excellent analytical, presentation, verbal and written communication skills.
• Should be ready to prove the design with quick POCs..
• Should be able to communicate the solution clearly to the stakeholders and review boards.
• Experience in white boarding, creating design diagrams with hand or software designing tools (Miro, Lucid, , Visio etc.).
• AWS architect certification a plus.
• Experience in health care domain (HIPAA regulations, EDI, HL7 FHIR standards) is a plus.
• Strong written and oral communication skills; Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical staff.
• Desire to mentor younger team members and develop their skills.
• Experience working on multiple concurrent projects.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Be independent and self-driven.
• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Must be open to travel.

Preferred skills and education:

• Master s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Leadership and team management experience with ability to provide strategic planning and oversight
• Experience leading customer workshop sessions to educate customers on the latest technology trends and best practices
• Track record of leadership roles delivering solutions within defined timeframes
• Experience working with a globally distributed team and managing off-shore teams

Educational Qualifications:

• Required – Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or closely related or equivalent.
• Preferred – Master s degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, Big Data or Analytics or equivalent.

Travel:

• Open to travel based-up on the nature of the engagement.
