A growing Cloud Managed Service Provider based in Melbourne’s South-East requires a Solutions Architect to join its Professional Services team for a permanent vacancy commencing immediately. The company promotes a collaborative and supportive work environment, offering exposure to leading technologies.

Your new role
In this challenging and rewarding position, you will be responsible for:

• Contributing to the definition and management of the collective technology architecture (including network, cloud, security and collaboration).
• Providing Pre-Sales support and Consulting services to clients (RFP/RFQ/RFI responses).
• Preparing High and/or Detailed Level Infrastructure Designs, SoWs, Solution Planning, Pricing & Effort Estimation, Bill of Materials, Business Case Justifications, Client Presentations, Business Models, etc.
• Designing and Architecting solutions for Cloud Migrations, Virtualisation, Networking, Servers, Storage and Backups.
• Ensuring Quality Assurance is performed and conducting QA reviews on deliverables.

What you’ll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Strong experience in the solution design, architecture and deployment of Modern Workplace, Cloud, Systems, Network and Security solutions.
• Solid experience in Office 365, Exchange, Azure, Active Directory, Virtualisation (VMware / Hyper-V), Automation, Backup, Storage and Network Infrastructure solutions.
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot is preferred.
• A tertiary education in Information Technology as well as Azure, Microsoft, Cisco and VMware certifications are highly beneficial.
• Proven experience working within the Professional Services team of a Consultancy or a Managed Service Provider is advantageous.
• Current driver’s license and access to a car.
