Seize this opportunity and support our team in Munich or at one of our other locations or remotely across Germany, starting immediately in full-time as (Senior) NLP Engineer (m/f/d).

Your tasks

• Designing and implementing state-of-the-art AI/NLP pipelines that provide personalized communication, messaging and content generation to our website, sales operations and marketing activities.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to help build an integrated AI-as-a-Service solution in a heterogenous sales tech and customer data environment.
• Developing and maintaining clean and efficient code for robust, scalable and real-time NLP pipelines, ensuring best practices in software development.
• Engaging in code reviews, contribute to team knowledge sharing, and maintain high development standards.
• Stay up-to-date with the state-of-the-art in AI, software development and MLOPs.

Your Profile

• At least 2 years (5+ for a senior role) of proven experience as a NLP Engineer with a track record of deploying AI solutions into production environments.
• Proficiency in Python and the NLP ecosystem (required). JavaScript / TypeScript is a plus.
• Advanced understanding of software architecture best practices and experience in building event-driven, asynchronous applications.
• Hands on experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP), familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, and containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Good knowledge of database technologies, including relational (SQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB), with the ability to design and interact with complex data models.
• Fluent in English, German language skills are a plus.
