Following is the definitive experience / skills needed for these roles.Excellent Business/stakeholder collaboration & communication experience leading to defining / driving impactful data monetization use cases – ability to understand, synthesize and articulate impactful business centric data monetization use cases5+ yrs. data analysis & exploration experience translating into data discovery i.e. create harmonized consumption ready data sets for downstream data as a service integration. Exposure to banking/payments industry/data along-with statistical modelling will be helpful3+yrs ETL/ELT management experience – hands-on data acquisition, exploration, integration & enrichment using new-age data Bigdata/(Hadoop/hive/Pyspark) Cloud platforms AWS/Azure, and languages/tools S3, Python, SQL, R. Prior data wrangling experience using Alteryx / Rapid Miner will be useful though not mandatoryExpertise on data modelling, dashboarding & story building / telling using leading business intelligence tools viz. Tableau / Power BI
