Senior Data Analyst Full Time
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Data Analyst to join our growing FinTech client. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in FinTech, with extensive experience using Tableau and PowerBI to turn complex data into actionable insights. This role is critical to our business operations and decision-making processes, providing valuable analysis that drives strategic initiatives.
Location: London based – hybrid working model
Salary: £50,000 – £60,000
Role Overview
- Collect, process, and analyse large datasets to generate actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and PowerBI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data solutions.
- Conduct detailed data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular data validation and quality checks.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Skills / Qualifications Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred but not essential.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably within the FinTech industry is preferred.
- Proficiency in Tableau and PowerBI, with a strong portfolio of interactive dashboards and reports.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with SQL and other data querying languages.
- Knowledge of statistical methods and data analysis techniques.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
