SalesForce Solutions Architect Undefined

Reperio is working with a leading financial services company that is looking to hire a salesforce solution architect. The Salesforce Solution Architect will deliver standards, patterns, and designs to teams supporting and developing our retail banking service channels, as well as diligently engaging with them.

Salesforce Developer Responsibilities:

• Oversee Solution Design: Manage the end-to-end solution design process, from initial conception through to final delivery.
• Produce Architecture Documentation: Develop and maintain detailed architecture documentation for assigned business applications, adapting to project and program needs.
• Maintain Solution Inventory: Contribute to the management of First Horizon’s Solution Inventory as an active member of the Enterprise Architecture Center of Practice (COP).
• Collaborate on Technical Requirements: Partner with business units, delivery teams, and subject matter experts (SMEs) to create and refine technical requirements.
• Design Solution Architectures: Develop both component-level and interaction-level designs to achieve desired business outcomes.
• Coordinate with Other Architects: Work with architects across various domains (Data, Security, Infrastructure, Cloud, DevOps) to ensure consensus and governance in solution design.
• Lead Workshops: Facilitate solution design workshops and proof-of-concept (POC) sessions for emerging technologies.
• Validate Third-Party Solutions: Assess and validate third-party and vendor solutions for compatibility and effectiveness.
• Align IT Strategy: Collaborate with the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) and other stakeholders to ensure IT strategies and plans align with First Horizon’s business objectives.
• Build Trusted Advisor Relationships: Develop and maintain relationships with key technical decision-makers, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor.
• Ensure Architectural Alignment: Work with development teams to ensure that delivered solutions adhere to architectural standards, principles, and patterns.
• Integrate Technical Debt Initiatives: Collaborate with Portfolio technology leaders to incorporate technical debt considerations into the portfolio roadmap.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree: Hold a degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
• Salesforce Architecture Experience: Have at least 2 years of experience in Salesforce architecture.
• Salesforce App Development Experience: Possess over 4 years of experience in Salesforce application development.
• Application Development Experience: Accumulate more than 7 years of experience in application development or software engineering.
• Technical Documentation Skills: Demonstrate experience with creating technical documentation, including interaction diagrams, process diagrams, network topologies, and other architectural materials.
• Methodology Experience: Experienced in both Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
