Location: Oxford (Hybrid – Twice a Week)

Salary: £55,000 – £65,000

Qualifications

• Hold a PHD level degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Computational Linguistics, Neuroscience, or a related field.
• Possess an expert command of NLP techniques, including a proven track record of deploying Large Models for text processing.
• Proficiency in Python is a must-have.
• Deep understanding of machine learning methods is essential.
• Prior experience as a team leader, mentor, or supervisor, coupled with a passion for nurturing and expanding a team of Data Scientists through both line management and technical leadership.
