Job Description:
As an AWS MLOps Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our machine learning operations framework on AWS. You will work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth deployment and operation of machine learning models. Your role will be critical in optimizing our ML workflows, improving scalability, and ensuring the reliability of our machine learning systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop MLOps pipelines to automate the deployment and monitoring of machine learning models.
- Implement best practices for CI/CD in the context of machine learning.
- Utilize AWS services such as SageMaker, Lambda, EC2, S3, and others to build scalable and reliable ML solutions.
- Collaborate with data scientists to understand model requirements and provide support for model deployment.
- Monitor and troubleshoot ML models in production to ensure performance and reliability.
- Optimize model training and deployment processes for efficiency and scalability.
- Ensure data security and compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience with AWS services, particularly SageMaker, Lambda, EC2, S3, and CloudFormation.
- Proficiency in Python, including experience with machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
- Solid understanding of MLOps principles and best practices.
- Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
