We are looking for Passionate and hard-working Machine Learning Engineers who want to live and work in Germany/ Canada/ Netherlands/ Singapore or Australia region under Work and PR Visa.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining machine learning models and systems. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, optimize algorithms for accuracy and efficiency, and stay updated with the latest advancements in machine learning technologies.

Responsibilities

• Gather and clean datasets for machine learning model training.
• Perform data normalization, feature engineering, and handle missing values.
• Design and develop machine learning models based on business needs.
• Select appropriate algorithms and optimize hyperparameters for model performance.
• Write code in Python, R, or Java to implement machine learning algorithms.
• Utilize frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn for model development.
• Evaluate model performance using metrics such as accuracy, precision, and recall.
• Conduct cross-validation and hyperparameter tuning to improve model accuracy.
• Monitor model performance in real-time and detect anomalies or drifts.
• Integrate models with existing systems using APIs and containerization tools like Docker.
• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and stakeholders.
• Communicate technical insights and align machine learning solutions with business objectives.
• Stay updated with the latest machine learning techniques and tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field with 5+ years of applied Machine Learning experience
• Certifications in machine learning, data science, or related fields
• Demonstrated proficiency in programming languages and machine learning frameworks through projects, portfolios, or coding assessments.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to stay updated with the latest advancements in machine learning
• Knowledge of statistical techniques and methods for data analysis and model evaluation.
• Ability to clean, preprocess, and transform data for machine learning tasks, including feature engineering and handling missing values.
