Looking for a  highly skilled Technical Lead with 7 to 11 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Apache Spark, SQL Scripting, Apache Hadoop, BigData Validation, Hive, and Unix Commands. This role involves leading technical projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and driving innovation within the team.

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Lead the design and implementation of complex Big Data solutions using Apache Spark, Hadoop, and Hive.
• Oversee the development and optimization of SQL scripts to ensure efficient data processing and retrieval.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
• Ensure the accuracy and reliability of data through rigorous BigData Validation processes.
• Utilize Unix Commands to manage and automate system tasks, enhancing operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize data processing workflows and reduce latency.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain coding standards and best practices.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all technical processes and solutions.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery.
• Engage with stakeholders to communicate project status, gather feedback, and align on priorities.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to incorporate innovative solutions into projects.
• Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
