Constant Contact is a fast growing and ambitious technology company looking for a smart, talented, and resourceful HRIS Analyst to join our People team.
The position is responsible for the planning, implementation and maintenance of People Ops systems, as well as being the point person on our reporting and analytics. You will work closely with our Business Partners, Operations, and Finance teams, along with other internal stakeholders. If you’re highly motivated by providing insight and value, a data guru who can make metrics matter and take our game to the next level this may be the job for you.

The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education and work location. In addition, some roles may be eligible for additional on target commission pay or bonus. The compensation package includes health and welfare benefits including paid leave.

$60,400—$75,500 USD
