Job Description: Global AI Product Manager, Digital Marketing

Objective: As the Global AI Product Manager, Digital Marketing, you will be at the forefront of integrating artificial intelligence into our global digital marketing and eCommerce strategies.

This position is situated within the newly created AI & Data Insight team, a specialized subgroup of the Global Digital Team, supporting our four key digital value streams: IoT Solutions, Virtual Service, eCommerce, and Digital Demand Generation.

You will lead the development and execution of AI-driven digital marketing initiatives, driving innovation and efficiency across all digital marketing channels and digital touchpoints, focusing specifically on eCommerce, and Digital Demand Generation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. AI Strategy Development and Implementation:

– Develop and articulate a clear vision and strategy for AI-based digital marketing solutions & processes

– Stay on top of the latest developments in AI technology and digital marketing trends.

– Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to inform AI driven digital marketing product strategies.

2. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

– Champion and ensure a customer-centric approach in all AI-driven initiatives under the Global Digital Team’s scope.

– Work closely with all verticals in the Global Digital Team for consistency, focusing on Digital Demand Generation team and ecommerce team

– Cooperate and align with external teams, including IT, marketing, sales, and product development to foster AI initiatives for eCommerce and Digital Demand Generation.

3. Customer-Centric Data Insights:

– Work with cross-functional teams to define and implement a comprehensive (Customer) Data Platform for AI driven personalized, automated communication.

– Leverage AI tools for deep data analysis to gain insights into customer behavior and market trends.

– Act as an advisor to the operational Digital Demand Generation and eCommerce teams on how to integrate and optimize digital marketing touchpoints using AI and CDP.

4. AI Technology Management and Product Development:

– Oversee AI tool and vendor selection and management for Global Digital Marketing and eCommerce.

– Engage in the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch, focusing on AI-driven solutions

– Ensure the seamless integration of AI technologies with existing and new marketing platforms.

5. Cross-Country Digital Marketing Processes:

– Collaborate with the Global Digital Demand Generation and eCommerce teams

– Optimize automated advertisement and content creation processes.

– Drive efficiency, cost savings, and competitiveness in digital marketing.

6. Global Scope

– Lead best practice and thought leadership in piloting AI solutions in Digital Demand Generation and eCommerce globally.

– Ensure global consistency in AI-driven digital marketing initiatives across regions and markets.

7. Performance Measurement and Stakeholder Communication:

– Establish and track KPIs for AI-driven marketing strategies.

– Continuously evaluate and adjust AI strategies based on data and ROI.

– Communicate strategy and progress to stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, AI, or related field.

– Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on AI applications.

– Passion for AI technologies and their application in digital marketing.

– Strong analytical and strategic mindset.

– Excellent skills in presentation creation and **communicating** to C-level leadership and Board.

– Experience in decentralized, culturally diverse matrix organizations.

– Ability to effectively prioritize and perform in a fast-paced environment.
