Project Details:
1. Â Â Â Policy Development and Enforcement
a. Â Â Â Collaborate with Legal & Compliance to develop and implement AI governance policies and frameworks.
b. Â Â Â Ensure adherence to internal policies, industry standards, and best practices for responsible AI use.
c. Â Â Â Regularly review and update policies to align with new regulations and technological advancements.
2. Â Â Â Ethics & Regulatory Compliance
a. Â Â Â Work with Legal and Compliance to keep up with current and future AI-related laws and regulations.
b. Â Â Â Stay updated on AI-related laws and regulations and make sure the team follows them in their AI endeavors.
c. Â Â Â Coordinate with legal and compliance teams to adapt to regulatory changes in AI governance methods.
d. Â Â Â Perform ethical assessments of AI projects to ensure they align with organizational values and social standards.
3. Â Â Â Risk Management
a. Â Â Â Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with AI implementations.
b. Â Â Â Develop risk management strategies and contingency plans.
c. Â Â Â Conduct regular audits and assessments of AI systems for compliance and risk.
4. Â Â Â Security and Privacy
a. Â Â Â Collaborate with the Cyber Integration Center to ensure AI systems are secure from threats and vulnerabilities.
b. Â Â Â Ensure that AI systems comply with data privacy laws and standards.
c. Â Â Â Develop protocols for handling and reporting security breaches or privacy violations.
6. Â Â Â Stakeholder Engagement
a. Â Â Â Conduct Data & AI Council meetings – engaging with internal stakeholders to align AI governance with organizational goals.
b. Â Â Â Manage GenAI Hackathons
c. Â Â Â Act as a liaison between the AI governance team and external stakeholder; AI partners and customers.
d. Â Â Â Collaborate with Talent on AI impact on people and culture.
7. Â Â Â Training and Awareness
a. Â Â Â Develop and deliver training programs on AI governance and compliance for employees.
b. Â Â Â Raise awareness about responsible AI practices and the importance of governance among staff.
c. Â Â Â Collaborate with Corporate Communications and Talen on communications; internal and external
d. Â Â Â Develop metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of AI governance initiatives.
8. Â Â Â Collaboration with Gen AI Hub Team
a. Â Â Â Assist the Gen AI Hub team in implementing AI governance and compliance measures throughout the AI development lifecycle.
b. Â Â Â Ensure that Gen AI Hub team incorporates AI governance practices into the AI development lifecycle from the beginning to the end.
c. Â Â Â Support the Gen AI Hub team in embedding AI governance and compliance practices into AI projects.
9. Â Â Â Innovation and Continuous Improvement
a. Â Â Â Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AI governance and technology – conferences, webinars, articles, partner events.
b. Â Â Â Foster a culture of continuous improvement by regularly evaluating and enhancing AI governance practices.
c. Â Â Â Encourage innovation while ensuring adherence to governance standards.
10. Â Â Â Documentation and Reporting
a. Â Â Â Maintain comprehensive documentation of AI governance policies, procedures, and decisions.
b. Â Â Â Prepare and present regular reports on AI governance activities, compliance status, and risk assessments to senior management and relevant stakeholders.
