The opportunity

Here at Silverchain, we are excited to be recruiting for a Generative AI Enablement Lead. This role is new for Silverchain, as we look to implement a range of generative AI solutions nationally in different areas of the organisation. As the AI subject matter expert for Silverchain you will support the complete process from end to end looking at different AI solutions, planning, lead implementation and most importantly ensure correct duty to governance and safety is followed.

Key responsibilities

As the Generative AI Enablement Lead you will report to the Director of Data, Strategy and analytics you will be responsible for:

• Drive the development, implementation and adoption of AI strategy and best practices, policies, procedures
• Work closely with end users across the organisation to lead Silverchain’s generative AI adoption
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive stakeholder engagement strategy for AI requirements and projects
• Monitoring and reporting on stakeholder satisfaction.
• Organise an  AI Advisory Taskforce Group
• Oversee the development of AI-driven productivity tools and platforms to enhance staff and client experiences.
• Partner with and facilitate communications between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of AI capabilities and limitations.
• Stay informed about the latest developments in AI technology and industry trends
• Promote interdisciplinary collaboration to integrate AI across the organisation.
• Monitor. evaluate and drive continuous improvement of AI applications
• Ensure robust data governance and ethical use of AI technologies.

About you

The ideal candidate for this role will be someone who has the knowledge, expertise and passion to drive out AI strategy nationally. You will be someone who has strong leadership skills and ability to carve the pathway and take the organisation on the journey with you.

Specific qualification requirements that are necessary for the role:

• Degree in quantitative disciple such as math’s, Data science or computing. Masters preferred.

Qualifications and/or experience that are highly desirable for the role:

• Prior experience with AI or Data Science projects
• Prior experience leading user adaption of technically complex tools or products
• Other experience or skill requirements for the role:
• Experience working collaboratively with senior stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them to technical requirements and delivery plans
