Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect with extensive experience in Peoplesoft software and financial tools to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust, scalable, and efficient solutions to meet business needs. The Solution Architect will work closely with stakeholders, including business analysts, developers, and project managers, to ensure that the solutions align with business objectives and IT strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Solution Design and Architecture
- Design and develop comprehensive architectural solutions using Peoplesoft software and financial tools.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with industry best practices and organization standards.
- Create detailed technical documentation, including design specifications, architecture diagrams, and integration plans.
Implementation and Integration:
- Lead the implementation of PeopleSoft solutions and integrate them with other financial tools and systems.
- Oversee data migration, system configuration, and customization efforts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with business analysts to understand business requirement and translate them into technical solutions.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage expectations and ensure project alignment with business goals.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams throughout the project life cycle
Quality Assurance and Support:
- Conduct through testing and validation of solutions to ensure they meet functional and performance requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during implementation and post deployment.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for PeopleSoft and financial tool solutions.
Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in PeopleSoft, financial tools, and related technologies.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend innovative solutions.
- Participate in technical reviews and provide feedback to enhance solution quality and performance.
- Knowledge of other financial tools including but not limited to Coupa, etc is good to have
