Enterprise AWS Solution Architect Contract
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead cloud and web application architecture with specific focus on design and development of SaaS applications
- Provide architectural/technical guidance to a hybrid team structure between onshore and offshore
- Interface with key client stakeholders to lead the Design and Architectural sessions
- Evaluate and document technical and security requirements
- Design the solution architecture
- Create detailed logical design
- Create detailed solution design for reference implementation
- Work with cybersecurity content developers to develop cybersecurity challenges in a cloud based environment
Experience of architecting and building modern application in cloud with focus on –
o Event driven architecture (not an AWS service, but a methodology)
o – Lambda
o – RDS
o – DynamoDB
o – SNS
o – SQS
o – SES
o – Route53
o – EC2
o – Containers (as an option)
o Guacamole
- Build and Manage a series of modern / cutting edge applications for client in AWS
- Strong understanding of Cloud Native Application Development and Cloud Platform Capabilities. Must have worked on enterprise AWS application projects
- Responsible for Design and Architecture, POC and technical assistance to the delivery team
- Provide thought leadership to dev team
- Hands on seasoned solutions architect experience and architecting designing and implementing cloud based and or cloud native solutions Knowledge.
- Expertise in large-scale, high performance, highly responsive UX environments, ie thousands of concurrent users w/ sub second response time.
