Job Description

Title- Enterprise Architect

Location Dallas, TX (Onsite position from day 1)

Duration 6 months +

C2C is fine

Prerequisites:

Should have a minimum of 15 to 18 years overall experience and at least 2 years as an Enterprise Architect in the IT industry.

Should have extensive experience in handling projects of varied sizes in platforms such as Microsoft, Java, DW/BI, Mobility, and Middleware.

Should be able to guide the team on cutting-edge technologies like Microservices, Cloud/Multi-Cloud Stacks, NoSQL, CMS, and PowerApps

In-depth Insurance domain knowledge would be a plus point.

Must have experience in the design, development, and maintenance of web-based applications with specialization in Data Flow Diagrams, Design Patterns, and different architectural styles such as Microservices, SOA, and REST

Hands-on exposure with the execution of enterprise-wide Digital Transformation initiatives

Certifications Azure Cloud Architect/AWS Solution Architect/Togaf Certified

Responsibilities:

Assist project delivery teams in architecture/design reviews, providing technical solutions, application design, data flow diagrams, deployment strategy, database design, code reviews, usability reviews, and performance tuning.

Collaborate with product teams in solution design, Requirement analysis, Concept Building, Architectural Analysis / Reviews, Estimation, Project Management, Planning & Tracking. This is to enable teams by providing advice, guidance, and resolving ambiguities/issues.

Support the product engineering teams in various capacities (Solution architect/Integration architect/Data architect) by driving complex enterprise solutions, and accelerators, and creating knowledge repositories to improve delivery efficiency.

Assist CTO s office in standardizing technology directions, build vs buy vs reuse decisions, and Tool evaluations.

Facilitate technical/technology-related discussions in the Architecture Review Board (ARB) so that prospective solutions are reviewed by the board and approved for implementation. This is to ensure architecture governance effectiveness and build awareness and consistency across the organization.

Understand business pain points and offer solutions, building value propositions and business cases with relevant ROI.

Research program management, proof-of-concepts, and development of industry-specific point solutions that act as catalysts for product feature enhancement.
