Join our dynamic Data Analysis Unit at a leading public regional research university as a Data Reporting Analyst! In this role, you will leverage data from multiple sources to provide valuable insights to UC Online staff and management, driving process improvements and optimizing resource allocation. Utilizing tools such as SAS Enterprise Guide, SQL, and Tableau, you will transform data into meaningful information and visualizations. Additionally, you will play a key role in the UC Online R&D Hub, implementing predictive analytics to support multi-year forecasting, including lead generation, enrollment, and revenue projections.

This position offers a hybrid work schedule for individuals residing in OH/IN/KY. Candidates must be based in the Cincinnati Tri-State area and have reasonable proximity to the UC Main Campus to meet on-campus obligations as necessary. Remote work arrangements are subject to university policies and may be subject to change.

Job Overview

Identify business intelligence, reporting, and data analysis needs. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to turn data into critical information and knowledge that can be used to make sound business decisions.

Essential Functions

• Work directly with clients to identify business requirements.
• Convert business requirements into developed reports.
• Interpret results using a variety of statistical techniques
• Rely on instruction and pre-established guidelines to perform functions of the job.

Required Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or related field.
• Five (5) years of relevant work experience and/or other specialized training can be used in lieu of education requirement.

Required Experience

• One (1) year of business and/or ERP related experience.
• Basic knowledge of systems and database administration.

Physical Requirements/Work Environment

• Office environment/no specific unusual physical or environmental demands.
