looking for someone with a little more experience within data architecture/Databricks SQL Warehouse & Snwoflake Virtual Warehouse technologies we re designing right now.
- 6+ years of experience
- Snowflake experience (expert level)
- Databricks experience (expert level)
- Big data experience is nice to have.
Required 3 years of experience leading and designing big data engineering cloud microservice architectures within (Azure Databricks, Snowflake Github, CI/CD, HashiCorp)
- Demonstrated Data Architect, with experience in platform/product selection, data engineering and database design creations (Serverless/Server driven), schema development, and complete system regulation.
- Define and implement best practices for data quality, data governance, and data security within cloud platforms (Azure Databricks and Snowflake)
- 3 years of coding experience within Python/PySpark, and SparkSQL/SQL. (previous experience as a Data Engineer is extremely favorable)
- Experience establishing monitoring, logging, and altering systems around mission critical data engineering systems.
- Experience establishing fault tolerant cloud data engineering systems for data recovery and product availability.
- Experience establishing automated test/regulatory systems on data platforms.
- Communicate at all levels in the organization. Typical interactions with audiences (Architects, DevOps Engineering, and Executives.)
- Ambitious to be a change agent and make a significant impact.
