Location: Middletown, PA(85% Remote)

Must have: Data Governance experience, Informatica( AXON, EDC, IDQ), metadata, data lineage, self-starter, committed, motivated.

Data Governance Analyst

The selected candidate will assist in the execution of data governance activities, guided by Data Governance Project Office Leads, to support domain onboarding and execution of initiatives. The selected candidate will perform the data discovery, metadata scanning & enrichment, Onboarding of KDEs to the Data Governance tool, and data lineage.

Description of Duties:
The selected candidate will perform the following duties:

• Data Profiling & Discovery
• Scanning new sources for data discovery
• KDE profiling & reporting
• On-boarding of KDEs to the Informatica Axon
• Data Scanning & Lineage
• Metadata scanning and lineage creation
• Technical metadata cataloging and enforcement across domains
• Metadata Scanning

Desired Skillset

• Data discovery and data profiling techniques
• Data Governance tools (Informatica Axon, EDC Administration, and IDQ administration)
• Strong familiarity with metadata issues and processes
• Deep understanding of master data management, data governance, and associated technologies.
• Strong interpersonal communication and persuasion skills

Experience

• Experience in Data Governance including data discovery & profiling
• Experience in system data mapping and tracing
• Experience defining, implementing, and managing data glossaries/dictionaries
• Experience in data cataloging & lineage creation
