Role – Data Governance Analyst

Salary – £35k – £40k

Location – Warrington (Hybrid)

An award winning energy firm are looking to add a Data Governance Analyst to join their innovative and expanding data team. There goal is to support homes and businesses across the UK transition to net zero.

In this position, you will be supporting the Head of Data Governance with the creation and implementation of the data governance strategy. You’ll be working closely with a range of key stakeholders across the business to implement the best data practice and strategy.

The position is offering a basic salary up to £40,000 depending on experience as well as, 25-day annual leave, a generous pension and much more;

The Successful Data Governance Analyst will have:

• 3 years experience in Data governance or data management
• Strong skills with SQL and databases
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Project Management skills and experience
• Knowledge and understanding of business analysis, principles, processes, and techniques.
• The ability to work in a fast paced environment

Desirable

• Knowledge or understanding of Microsoft Purview
• A Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or a relevant field
