Title-Data analyst With Gen AI

Experience: 8-10+ years

Location : New Jersey (On site)

Must have Insurance domain experience

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Mandatory: Gen AI skills

2. 8-10 years of data analysis experience

3. Consultants should know/be aware of Data warehousing concepts

4. Strong SQL knowledge and technical ability to query data sources to understand our data

5. Data Profiling, Data Modeling and Data Validation Testing experience a plus

6. Excellent presentation, communication (oral & written), and relationship building skills, across all levels of management and customer interaction

7. Applies in-depth knowledge of business and specialized areas to solve business problems and understand integration challenges and long-term impact creatively and strategically

8. Possesses strong exploratory analysis skills and high intellectual curiosity

9. Displays exceptional organizational skills and is detail oriented

10. Ability to take ownership, work under pressure, and meet deadlines

11. Ability to work with team members across the globe and across departments

12. Builds trust and rapport within and across groups

13. Ability to manage data needs of an individual project(s) while being able to understand the broader enterprise data perspective
