Job Title: Data Analyst II (Intermediate)
Location: Remote
Job Duration: 06+ Months Contract
Primary Skills:
- SQL and Snowflake: Advanced to expert-level SQL coding skills, particularly for report development (e.g., Snowflake SQL).
- Order Management Systems (OMS): Experience with Manhattan Active Order Management (MAO) and order management systems testing and supporting analytics.
- Data Visualization and Reporting: Ability to create reports based on business requirements, using tools like SQL and Snowflake.
- Inventory Management: Strong background in inventory control/management, with experience in data analytics, accounting, or audit.
- Analytical Skills: Proven capability to handle large sets of data and derive meaningful insights.
- Software Proficiency: Familiarity with Manhattan Active Omni and Oracle Retail Systems is a plus.
- Problem-Solving and Time Management: Strong skills in problem-solving, time management, and multitasking.
- Independence and Adaptability: Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

- Experience: Inventory control/management, data analytics, accounting, or audit.
- Software Experience: Experience with Manhattan Active Omni, Oracle Retail Systems, and Snowflake query development is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Requirement Capture and Reporting: Manage the capture of requirements and develop new reports for Inventory Hub and Manhattan Active Order Management systems.
- Inventory and Order Fulfillment Reporting: Oversee daily, weekly, and ad hoc reporting on inventory availability and order fulfillment across omni-channel platforms.
- KPI Development: Define and develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to track performance in inventory sharing and order fulfillment.
- Optimization Recommendations: Analyze data and make recommendations to optimize inventory visibility and omni-channel order fulfillment.
- OMS System Testing: Potentially involved in testing phases for MAO and systems impacting MAO implementations.
