DATA ANALYST Contract
Title : DATA ANALYST Location : Contractor work shall be primarily performed remotely, with a minimum of six (6) required in-person meetings in Sacramento, California Duration : 12+ months Description :
All candidates MUST HAVE NG911 experience
Data Analyst shall be responsible for all PNSP, RNSP, PSAP, Cal OES, and Call
Processing Equipment (CPE) maintenance provider, trouble ticket tracking and analysis. Specific
instructions will be developed by Cal OES and the Contractor.
The Trouble Ticket and Analysis tasks shall include, but not limited to:
a. Data entry of issues needing remediation into the client provided ticketing management system.
b. Create reports analyzing trends in identified issues that need remediation.
c. Ad hoc reporting on an as-needed basis.
d. Support conference call bridges to ensure compliance with testing plan. MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS
a. Minimum of five (5) years of experience aligning IT systems with organizational business
processes. At least three (3) of that experience must have been in a data analyst capacity. DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS
a. Minimum of three (3) years of experience with analyzing complex IP networks that deliver voice
and other data elements.
b. Minimum of three (3) years of experience with data analysis, milestone tracking, and status
reporting.
