We are seeking a Data Analyst with a focus on Data Modernization within the Production Planning & Control-Industrial Manufacturing domain.
With 8 to 10 years of experience, the ideal candidate will drive our projects to new heights by leveraging cutting-edge technologies and methodologies to enhance our manufacturing processes and data systems.

Roles & Responsibilities
Extensive experience doing Data Analysis of disparate systems and coming up with Source
Target Mapping documents
Define and document requirements by interacting with business stakeholders
Strong SQL skills and experience working with RDBMS and cloud databases
Lead the design and implementation of data modernization projects within the industrial manufacturing sector.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new technologies into existing production planning and control systems.
Analyze current manufacturing processes and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements through data modernization.
Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring milestones are met and deliverables are achieved on schedule.
Provide expert guidance on the selection of technologies and tools for data processing, storage, and analysis.
Conduct regular reviews of project progress, presenting findings and recommendations to senior management.
Facilitate training sessions for team members on new technologies and methodologies implemented.
Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in data modernization and industrial manufacturing.
Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.

Qualifications –
Proven experience in leading data modernization initiatives, particularly in the industrial manufacturing domain.
Strong understanding of production planning and control processes in a manufacturing environment.
Expertise in data analysis, database management, and data processing technologies.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and guide team members.
