Job Title – Business Process Analyst – III / Data & Analytics Analyst

Duration – 12+ Months Assignment with possible extension

Location – 5055 North Point Pkwy, Alpharetta, GA 30022 / Hybrid

Notes – Locations: NJ, Tampa, Irvine CA, and Irving TX

Current Hybrid Schedule: In-office requirement is 3rd Wednesday each month

What you’ll be doing…

• The Data & Analytics Hub team is part of the Client Consumer Groups (VCG) organization.
• As part of the Data & Analytics Hub team, you will be helping to create and deliver comprehensive tracking and measurement of the digital Client Consumer Group channel.
• In this role, you will develop and implement advanced reports and dashboard solutions to support business objectives.
• You will analyze data and clearly communicate findings and collaborate with stakeholders and interact with cross functional teams to bring new experiences to life for our Customers.
• The successful candidate will help lead measurement implementations across cross-functional teams as they plan, build and launch world-class experiences.
• You will help translate raw data into actionable insights and better experiences for our customers. Your deep knowledge of measurement solutions will help to determine the best approaches for implementations that best meet business needs.
• Extracts data points based on requirements while working with Development and Operations Teams to fulfill product reporting from launch
• Leads the development and implementation of advanced reports and dashboard solutions to support business objectives
• Analyzes data and clearly communicates findings to stakeholders
• Collaborates with stakeholders on reports and dashboards

You’ll need to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Math, Statistics, Physics, Engineering, Computer Science, Business Analytics, a related field or four or more years work experience.
• Four or more years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with Adobe Analytics or related platform (ex. Google Analytics), or experience with tagging implementation.
• Ability to write SQL queries and scripts using relational databases like Teradata, Oracle, SQL Server and pulling data from Hadoop/HIVE SQL/EDW data warehouses.
• Data visualization skills and hands-on experience using Tableau and/or Qlik with SQL skills.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

• Master’s degree or PhD in Math, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.
• Experience developing general reporting, KPIs, metrics, and attributes.
• Strong verbal and written communication and storytelling skills.
• Strong problem solving, analytical, and research capabilities.
• Experience managing time-bound project deliverables for multiple stakeholders.
• Coding experience (e.g. Python, Java, C/C++).
