Data Analyst – Business Intelligence and Reporting
Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team, focusing on business intelligence, reporting, and data management. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SSRS report creation, SQL Server, and data analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and customize SSRS reports based on provided mockups
- Develop and manage ETL processes for data cleaning and loading to on-premise and cloud databases
- Perform SQL Server scripting and querying
- Create Business Intelligence reports
- Collaborate with team members, stakeholders, vendors, and partners in designing and implementing reporting, integration, and data analytics solutions
Required Skills:
- Expertise in designing, developing, and deploying SSRS reports
- Proficiency with SQL Server and complex SQL querying
- Strong data analysis, profiling, and modeling skills
- Experience with data validation and query tuning
- Ability to partner with internal stakeholders to develop reports and address data visualization needs
- Demonstrable data management skills
Desired Skills/Experience:
- Power BI report development
- Experience with Azure data warehousing solutions
- Familiarity with Azure ETL processes and tools
- Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric
- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) for automation and data manipulation
