Responsibilities:
- Lead Oracle Process Manufacturing (OPM) module implementations
- Develop future process flows and requirements
- Guide and conduct unit and comprehensive testing
- Collaborate with technical resources on data conversions and custom forms/reports
- Conduct end-user training and develop training materials
- Architect functional solutions for client projects
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience
- Hands-on R12 Functional & Implementation Experience with OPM formulas/recipes, OPM batches, OPM costing, and OPM quality
- Experience with Oracle Process Manufacturing and Order Management/Shipping
- Completed at least 3 full life cycle Oracle Process Manufacturing/Supply Chain implementations as a Functional Lead or Functional Solution Architect in an R12 environment
- Detailed knowledge of Oracle’s Application Implementation Methodology (AIM)
- Excellent verbal communication and written documentation skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Business process analysis and redesign experience
- Systems implementation skills: requirements/process analysis, design, configuration, testing, training, change management, and support
- General consulting skills: self-motivated, team-oriented, positive attitude
