Business Consultant [ Immediate Joiner ) Full Time

Profile :- Business Consultant

Experience – 4 to 8 Years

Location – Gurugram

Requirement ;-

Candidates should be from financial, investment or banking domain is must

1. A minimum of 4 years of experience as a Consultant.

2. Bachelor’s degree or higher

3. Previous experience in Fund Administration, Private Equity, Hedge Funds, or other Alternative Investment asset classes preferred

4. Good to have Knowledge and experience on eFront Invest (eFI 100 & 200)

5. Exceptional analytical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail

6. Excellent communication, interpersonal, teamwork and collaboration skills

7.A positive can-do attitude

8. Excellent time management skills, ability to multi-task and perform well under time restrictions 

Analyzing clients’ business requirements and perform a gap analysis versus our best

practice solutions, challenging clients on their existing business processes and

requirements, where appropriate

 Working in conjunction with our Implementation Consultant team, design/implement/test solutions to meet client business requirements

 Provide ongoing client advisory and support during the implementation, including

solving data migration/reconciliation issues and UAT

 Conduct system analysis and audit (health check) and provide recommendations

based on best practices

 Collaborating effectively with all members of the team, helping to build an inclusive,

supportive, commercially focused environment
