Role: Business and Systems Analytics – Data Analyst 3

Location: Remote [Willing to work in PST hours]

Skills Required:

• Years of Experience Required: 6-8 years’ work-related experience in data engineering, analysis and business intelligence required.

• Degrees or certifications required: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field required.

• Disqualifiers: Sponsor wants to see candidates aligned to the below.

• Best vs. Average:

• Experience with database technologies including big data analytics and data warehousing.

• Must have experience with building complex data visualizations on real data leveraging tools such as Power BI.

• Must have experience with SQL, KQL, Python and PySpark.

• Experience using Azure Cloud services such as SQL Database, Synapse, Azure Data Factory and any data flow automation.

• Experience using modern big data platform such as Spark, Cosmos and Azure Data Explorer (Kusto).

• Must have experience with physical implementation of moderately complex logical database designs and relational database concepts.

• Strong communication, critical thinking and problem-solving skills required.

• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment required. Must have the ability to work independently and as a member of a team.

• Experience with handling cloud telemetry data for big data analytics.

• Experience building complex visualization using Power BI.

• Experience with working with Microsoft Fabric.

• Experience working with Azure data & ETL products such Azure Data Explorer, SQL Database, Synapse Warehouse, Azure Data Factory and Synapse Notebooks.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and develop the server infrastructure used across the entire Age portfolio.

• Implement new features, increase reliability, improve observability, improve security and automate where possible.

• Work with the client teams to create new features for the Age game clients.

• Work with the web and community teams to create new features for the website.

• Provide troubleshooting and timely resolution of system, network, and infrastructure problems.

Top 3 Hard Skills Required

1. 6-8 Years of Experience with SQL, KQL, Python, PySpark and experience in Synapse, SQL Database, Azure Data Factory

2. 6-8 Years of Experience with Cosmos, Kusto

3. Hands On Experience building complex reporting using PowerBi
