About the role
As an AI Product Manager at Odevo you will identify and develop innovative AI products across all Odevo’s markets. This role involves close collaborating with both the Odevo businesses to find and triage opportunities, and Odevo tech team to evaluate the best approaches to build new AI product capabilities.
As AI technology evolves, experience from AI product development combined with insights from other industries will be vital. The Product Manager will be joining the AI team and work closely with the Head of AI Product to define roadmaps, architectural planning, and identifying cross-market opportunities.
Generative AI is a rapidly changing technology, and new tools and models are frequently launched. As part of this role, you will need to follow news developments weekly, and make sure to forward developments to the organization.
The ability to work on both strategic and operational levels in an entrepreneurial environment is essential for success.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Work closely with business stakeholders exploring where AI can make the most impact.
- Collaborate closely with the AI development team, helping with prioritization and decisions needed keep the forward momentum.
- Lead the delivery of agreed product propositions that add significant value to customers and employees.
- Drive efficient, unified working practices aligned with Odevo’s best practices.
- Maintain awareness of industry trends, regulations, and competition to adjust product vision, strategy, and roadmaps as needed.
- Foster a discovery-oriented approach to product development, ensuring alignment with client needs and collecting feedback.
- Collaborate with engineering leads for robust architectural planning and resource strategy, aligning with Group frameworks and continually enhancing product development practices.
- Work with Head of AI Product to drive Odevo’s internal and external AI thought leadership agenda
- Develop and deliver internal awareness and education programs to explain the potential (and risks) with AI
- Follow AI technology trends and cross industry application areas and use insights to focus Odevo’s AI related activities

- Skilled in prioritizing tasks, managing multiple assignments, and adeptly shifting focus while maintaining a keen attention to detail.
- Equipped with the skills necessary to oversee all aspects of a product business, thriving in an entrepreneurial environment.
- Proficient in prioritizing using both qualitative and quantitative methods to explain complex trade-offs, securing clear conclusions and consensus.
- Exhibits outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with a strong focus on detail and a passion for resolving intricate problems.
- Practical “Product owner” experience from driving a product development team’s daily work
Experience:
- Master’s degree in relevant area preferred.
- At least 10 years of previous experience as a product leader, product manager, product owner
- Background in delivering AI products is a must.
- Proven track record of leading and coaching a 5 – 10 people product development teams as a Product manager or Product owner.
- Strong quantitative skills with the ability to create and maintain product business cases.
- A broad understanding and practical experience of agile/scrum development approach to working as well as agile in a scaling multi-team organization.
- Understanding of the PropTech industry is a big plus (but not mandatory).
- Previous experience of working with product development in a service industry is a clear plus.
- Fluent in Swedish and English
