What you’ll be doing
- Leverage state of the art AI technologies, our data and inhouse APIs to enhance our platform with AI driven features, like new features for our chatbot, a voice bot or real time call summarization
- Quickly adapt and manage priorities in a fast-paced setting, ensuring timely project completion
- Work effectively with a multinational team, valuing diverse ideas for pragmatic solutions
- Confidently express and stand by your innovative ideas
- Develop great ideas and make them happen about how AI can support our customers and secretaries

What you bring to the table
- You enjoy using your strong coding skills in Python (FastAPI) or Java (Spring Boot) as much as diving deep into data and AI models.
- You use your deep understanding of LLMs for outstanding prompt engineering and are not shy of looking into machine learning yourself either.
- Experience with Rasa, ChatGPT, Weaviate is an asset as well as experience in optimizing and troubleshooting production code.
- You are a team player.
- Ability to communicate effectively in english and fluent german will be strong assets.
- Agile methods like Scrum or Kanban are a tool to improve the product step by step and flexible, not a religion.
- You´ve seen an idea grow when everyone contributes instead of fighting for who is right.
- You already have several years of relevant experience in the industry.
- Ideally, seen a university from the inside. You don’t? No worries, we like autodidacts too.
- You´ve got sparkles in your eyes when seeing a pattern in data?
