AI/ NLP Engineer Full Time
Job Description
The candidate will be joining as a NLP/ AI engineer. In this role, you will contribute to the development of innovative products and make a significant impact in the industry.
Responsibilities
● Maintenance of AiChat’s current chatbot, evolve existing models and contribute to the development of new chatbot capabilities.
● Build on AiChat’s proprietary chatbot framework to provide customization for specific clients and scenarios.
● Develop and apply NLP techniques for Natural Language Understanding (intent recognition, NER, sentiment analysis).
● Develop Generative AI solutions for AiChat’s chatbot using Large Language Model (LLM).
● Provide NLP support for various languages besides English, e.g. Chinese, Bahasa Indonesia and other low resource languages.
● Support account managers in generating analytics insights from textual data as well as structured data.
